Dietrich, Baumgartner & Partner is a medium-sized law firm focusing on corporate and commercial law. It was founded in 1983 and is located in central Zurich.
Dietrich, Baumgartner & Partner specialises in particular in international commercial and corporate law, including international company structures, domestic and non-domestic incorporations, contract law (primarily commercial, investment, joint venture and shareholders’ agreements), banking and financial market law, national and international corporate tax law, arbitration, succession planning, trusts and foundations, labour law and residence permits as well as international mutual assistance.
We advise our clients and conduct legal proceedings under civil and commercial law before the courts in Switzerland. We also represent our clients in arbitration proceedings. In addition, our clients commission us to initiate and supervise legal proceedings conducted abroad.
We traditionally represent domestic and foreign entrepreneurs and enterprises, and are able to draw upon a well-developed global network of foreign correspondence lawyers and tax consultants. We work closely together with local and non-domestic financial institutions, and also co-ordinate contacts between clients and financial institutions.
We offer clients a comprehensive range of services; in addition to established legal services, we also provide executive board and accountancy services. In this conjunction we work together with a number of auditors.
